Judging Strickland...

Monday July 6, 2009

Strickland was quoted today as saying “The people will judge me and I will accept that judgment” after hearing that his rating had dropped to 47% and again coming out against funding libraries. Check out the Mansfield News Journal for a quick overview of today’s speech.

We at the Mid-Coast Perspective received confirmation tonight that Ted Strickland isn’t interested in an option that restores library funding. What we’re hearing from inside the statehouse is that Mr. Strickland will sacrifice anything on the alter of gaming.

Well Mr. Strickland, you’ve been weighed, you’ve been measured, and you’ve been found inadequate.

Tomorrow we’ll begin our investigation into Ted Strickland’s background. If it’s out there, we at Mid-Coast Perspective will find it.

We’ll start with the many violations of OAC 111-5-14(A)(2) occurring throughout Mr. Strickland’s campaign disclosure forms. Jennifer Brunner’s cell is #1 on my call list tomorrow.

In Solidarity
