Thank you for contacting my office with your thoughts on the Governor’s recent announcement regarding library funding cuts. It is always helpful to hear the concerns of my constituents back in the district.

We have witnessed a groundswell of support for our public libraries. Hundreds of folks throughout the 12th District have contacted my office to voice their displeasure with Governor Strickland’s intention to slash funding to our public libraries. I urge each of you to reach out to the Governor in a similar fashion and ask him to reconsider this plan.
